Big Pole Estates is a single-family residential mountain community located about six miles east of Main St, Heber City, Utah in Wasatch County. This subdivision has 38 platted one-acre lots. The property is located between 6,230 to 6,500 ft. elevation on the western foothills of the Uinta Mountain Range.
Properties in the subdivision range in value from about $500,000 to about $1 million. The architectural style is referred to as mountain architecture similar to that found around Park City and other mountain communities. Nearly every lot has spectacular views overlooking the Heber Valley and Mt Timpanogos to the west. The area is close to the Uinta National Forest and several reservoirs which offer great boating and fishing. The Park City Ski Resorts are a short drive away.
The hills around the area are covered with mixtures of sage, Gambel oak and mountain maple which offers a spectacular show of color every fall after the foliage changes. The HOA owns over 500 acres of land in the adjacent hills, part of which has been developed into several miles of mountain biking and hiking trails.

The developer’s interests have been sold out since about 2006 and all lots are now owned by individual owners. Twenty of the lots have homes constructed on them. You can see the subdivision on Google Maps or on Google Earth.
